I was relocating back to Richmond after being away, and worked with Susan to find immediately available apartments which fit my budget and had the lease terms I desired. Susan was helpful, friendly, and prompt. She did all of the leg work and I found an apartment within one week. I would recommend Apartment Pros to anyone looking for an apartment in Richmond.

I am relocating to Richmond at the end of this month and I had the pleasure of working with Susan earlier this week. She was extremely knowledgeable and understood very quickly exactly what I wanted, which saved me a ton of time and effort. But the most impressive thing about Susan was the interested she took in my girlfriends job search - she's a teacher. In my mind that's more than she's paid for, and I appreciate it. I would definitely recommend Susan to anyone relocating with Capital One or seeking a place in the west suburbs in general.

I just recommended your group to a new hire at our company. My husband and I worked with D'Neill back in 2007 and were extremely happy with the service we received from her. We used a similar service when we lived in Chicago, and in our opinion, there is no better way to go when looking for an apartment in a new city. Thanks!

D'Neill is great at what she does. She was knowledgeable about the various properties and was able to give me great insight that enabled me to make the best decision.

We can't thank D'Neill enough! On short notice, she took us to see many apartments in the areas we had requested. She was so personable and informative. My son found the perfect apartment and his transition to Richmond will be a lot easier because of D'Neill and Apartment Pros!!

I happened to be on the internet and went to the website of APARTMENTPROS not sure what I was going to get but, desperate…I emailed Ms. Trotter of Apartment Pros and she responded by finding out what I was in the market for and then sent me several apartments with complete telephone numbers and appointment times. She even asked whether I wanted her to accompany me through the process. The first apartment she sent me to was a sure blessing and my search and longing for the right community, and the surrounding area was over.
